Refund & returns
This policy applies to orders placed through Budget Corner in Pakistan.
Return window
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an eligible return or exchange. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete when delivered, report it as soon as possible and include the order number together with clear photos or video.
Return condition
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in resalable condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories and order information where applicable.
Damaged or incorrect items
When a claim is approved for a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete item, Budget Corner may offer an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund and bear reasonable return-shipping charges.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for eligible unused products within the return window. The customer may be responsible for return shipping, and the original delivery charge is not normally refundable.
Refund payments
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be sent by bank transfer or another mutually agreed electronic payment method. For prepaid orders, we will refund to the agreed payment method after verification.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, the return process applies.
